Getting accurate information about your breast and bone health should be easy at any age. At Novant Health Imaging SouthPark Breast Center, we are wholly focused on providing the imaging services you need to monitor breast and bone health throughout life, and to make future care decisions. Our clinic is on the south side of Fairview Road, between Park Road and Sharon Road. We are across from SouthPark Mall.

Novant Health Imaging SouthPark Breast Center brings together a team of clinicians devoted to providing convenient, compassionate imaging services to monitor and diagnose concerns related to breast and bone health.

• Diagnostic mammography

Appointments

Scheduling your visit

Screening mammograms do not require a provider’s order, but all other imaging procedures do. You can schedule a screening mammogram online, or call 704-384-7226.

All other imaging services require a provider’s order. Once we receive that order, a scheduler will contact you. You can also call us once your order has been received to schedule your visit.

Patients using MyChart can eCheck In and complete a breast history form prior to your visit.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time.

What to bring

• Your photo ID
• Your insurance card
• Your method of copayment or payment in full
• Any requisition/imaging order form you have received from your provider
