Whether you need an imaging service to investigate a medical concern or determine whether a treatment plan has been effective, Novant Health Imaging Monroe is here for you. A department of Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center, our imaging center is pleased to offer advanced imaging technology including screening mammograms, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and ultrasound services, so you can get the care you need close to where you live. We are located on Wellness Boulevard, just off of Highway 74 in Monroe, convenient to Indian Trail, Mineral Springs and Wingate.

Appointments

Scheduling your visit

Screening mammograms do not require a provider’s order, but all other imaging procedures do. You can schedule a screening mammogram online, or call 704-384-7226.

To have any other imaging service at our location, please have a provider involved in your care order the service you need. Once we receive the order, a scheduler will contact you, or you can call our scheduling team directly to schedule.

You do not need an appointment for X-ray services. Those are available on a walk-in basis Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Screening mammogram patients using MyChart can eCheck In prior to your visit, and complete a breast history form on MyChart.

Arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time.

What to bring

  • Your photo ID
  • Your insurance card
  • Your method of copayment or payment in full
  • Any requisition/imaging order form you have received from your provider
