Our imaging center is near Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center, just off of South Stratford Road. We are easily reached from Silas Creek Parkway and Interstate 40.

Appointments

Scheduling your visit

If you would like to complete a procedure at our location, have a provider involved in your care order the procedure you need. Once we receive that order, a scheduler will contact you, or you can call our scheduling team.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time.

• Your method of copayment or payment in full
• Any requisition/imaging order form you have received from your provider
