Whether you are investigating a concern or checking the effectiveness of a treatment, you can rely on us for the information you and your provider need. Our imaging center is on Pineview Drive near Salem Parkway and North Carolina Highway 66, convenient to Colfax, Union Cross and Willowbend.

Appointments

Scheduling your visit

Please have a provider involved in your care put it an order for the imaging service you would like at this location. A scheduler will contact you once we receive that order, or you can call our scheduling team to set your appointment.

We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time.

What to bring

• Your insurance card
• Your method of copayment or payment in full
• Any requisition/imaging order form you have received from your provider
