Appointments

Scheduling your visit

To make an appointment at our location, have a provider involved in your care order the imaging service you need. We will contact you to schedule once we receive that request, or you can call our scheduling team to schedule your visit.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time.

• Any requisition/imaging order form you have received from your provider
