We work to make imaging convenient and comfortable for every patient. Our clinic off of Rocky River Road, just east of Interstate 485. We are convenient to Concord, Harrisburg, Mint Hill and northeast Charlotte.

Appointments

Scheduling your visit

If you would like to visit our location for an imaging service, please ask provider involved in your care to order the service you need. A scheduler will contact you once we receive that order, or you can call our scheduling team directly to schedule.

You do not need an appointment for X-ray services. Those are available on a first come, first served basis.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time.

What to bring

• Your photo ID
• Your insurance card
• Your method of copayment or payment in full
• Any requisition/imaging order form you have received from your provider
