We are located within Novant Health Mint Hill Medical Center, just off Albemarle Road and Interstate 485, close to east Charlotte, Rocky River and Harrisburg.

Appointments

Scheduling your visit

All imaging procedures require a provider’s order. Once we receive an order for a service from a provider involved in your care, a scheduler will contact you to set up your appointment. You can also contact our scheduling line once you know your provider has submitted an order for the service.

For some services, weekend and evening appointments are available. Ask a scheduler if you are interested in an evening or weekend appointment.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment.

What to bring

• Your photo ID
• Your insurance card
• Your method of copayment or payment in full
• Any requisition/imaging order form you have received from your provider
