Appointments

Scheduling your visit

To schedule any imaging service at our location, request that a provider involved in your care order the service you need. A scheduler will contact you once we receive the order, or you can call our scheduling team directly to find the appointment time that is right for you. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time, or as directed by your scheduler.

What to bring

• Your photo ID
• Your insurance card
• Your method of copayment or payment in full
• Any requisition/imaging order form you have received from your provider
• Any additional items requested by your scheduler
