Appointments

Scheduling your visit

To have an imaging service at our location, please have a provider involved in your care order the service you need. Once we receive the order, a scheduler will contact you, or you can call our scheduling team directly to schedule.

Some studies require you to arrive 15 minutes or more before your appointment time. Your scheduler will tell you when to arrive.

What to bring

• Your photo ID
• Your insurance card
• Your method of copayment or payment in full
• Any requisition/imaging order form you have received from your provider
