We offer the imaging services you need and your provider need to get a clear picture of your current health and guide future health decisions. Whether you need a routine screening or an imaging procedure to investigate a concern, we will make your visit as comfortable and efficient as possible. Our clinic is conveniently located near Winston-Salem’s Hanes Mall, easily reached from Interstate 40 and South Stratford Road.

Appointments
Scheduling your visit
You do not need a provider’s order to schedule a screening mammogram. Either call 336-794-9729 or schedule online.
For all other imaging services, a provider involved in your care will need to submit an order. Once that imaging order is received, a scheduler will call you to set your appointment. You can also call us once you know your provider has ordered an imaging procedure.
Patients using MyChart can eCheck In and complete a breast history form prior to your visit.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time.
What to bring
- Your photo ID
- Your insurance card
- Your method of copayment or payment in full
- Any requisition/imaging order form you have received from your provider
