We bring together a team of clinicians devoted to women’s health services to provide both preventive and diagnostic radiology services. Appointments
Scheduling your visit
Screening mammograms do not require a provider’s order, but all other imaging procedures do. You can schedule a screening mammogram online, or call 704-384-7226.
If your provider has requested another imaging procedure, you can call our clinic directly to schedule your visit.
Patients using MyChart can eCheck In and complete a breast history form prior to your visit.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time.

- Any requisition/imaging order form you have received from your provider
