Novant Health Urology – Wisteria Drive gives you access to advanced diagnostic tools as well as an array of treatment options for common and complex urologic conditions. - Urinary difficulties, including frequent urinary urges
- Incontinence (difficulty controlling the flow of urine)

- Frequent urinary tract infections (UTIs)

- Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH; enlargement of the prostate gland in men, which can block the flow of urine)

- Malignancies (cancers) of the genitourinary tract
- Kidney stones
Diagnostic and treatment procedures our providers offer include:
- Cystoscopy (to assess bladder symptoms; an in-office procedure that involves inserting a small scope into the bladder)
- Urodynamic evaluation (to assess bladder function and urine flow, and determine possible treatments)
- Prostate ultrasound and biopsy (to test for prostate cancer)
- PSA (prostate-specific antigen) screening (a blood test to detect elevated levels of the hormone)
- Removal of bladder tumors or lesions (can be completed in our office using a cystoscope, or with a Transurethral Resection Bladder Tumor (TRBT) procedure at a surgical facility)
- Hydrocelectomy (an outpatient procedure to drain fluid and remove the sac from around the testicles)
- No-scalpel vasectomy (a procedure to cut and seal the tube that carries sperm from each testicle; completed in our office under local anesthesia)
- Removal of bladder lesions
