Where we're located

Traditions Concierge Medicine is currently located in northeast Charlotte, just off of 485. Our office is easy to find at the intersection of Rocky River Road and Plaza Road Extension, just across the street from the Brookdale Shopping Center.

Our clinic will permanently relocate to Davidson, NC, in early 2026, where we will continue to provide exceptional care in an exciting new location.
