Our team of providers specializes in primary care, meaning they have the knowledge and tools necessary to assess your overall health, and to address many minor medical concerns. They also offer referrals to specialists when needed to handle issues that require more specialized care.

We encourage annual physicals and vaccines to keep you as healthy as possible. Well-patient visits are great opportunities for you get to know your care team, and for your provider to address issues as they arise. These are also good times to discuss management plans for acute conditions such as diabetes or high blood pressure. 

Our clinic is on Today’s Woman Avenue off Cherry Street. We are north of Northwest Crawford Place. You can reach us from University Parkway and from Coliseum Drive/27th Street. Our northwest Winston-Salem clinic in the Kimberly Park neighborhood is close to Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum and Wake Forest University.
