Novant Health Team Member Health & Wellness – Forsyth offers same-day care for Novant Health employees and their family members suffering from common illnesses and minor injuries. Our clinic provides the primary care services you need to get back to the activities you enjoy or your responsibilities as soon as possible. You can get the care you need before you head home for the day or during a break in your schedule. And, your family members one and older can receive care in our convenient location as well.
