We welcome new patients at Novant Health Spine Specialists - Kimel Park. You do not need a referral to see a provider in our office; however, a referral might be required by your insurance company.
To make your first appointment, call us during office hours or schedule online using MyChart.
What to bring
Bring these items to your first appointment:
- Photo ID
- Insurance card
- Copayment or payment toward your deductible. If your visit will not be covered by a health insurance plan, payment for services is due on the day of your visit.
- Prescription or over-the-counter medications you are currently taking
- Recent test results or images in your possession. Our office will try to get any necessary records from other physicians' offices electronically.
