Appointments
To make an appointment, you or your physician can call our office during our normal business hours. We do not require a referral to be seen at our office. If you have an urgent matter, please let us know when you call and we will do our best to see you within 7 business days and within 24 hours for emergency matters. Please note that we require 24 hour notice for cancelled appointments.
What to bring
Please bring your insurance information and your ID to every visit as well as a list of any medications or supplements you are taking.
At Novant Health Spine Specialists - Ballantyne we welcome our new patients as they embark down the road to less pain and increased mobility. Please note, if you were not referred by a physician we will need you to bring any recent x-rays, disc’s with scans or test results with you to your visit.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out any necessary forms.
