Novant Health Rural Hall Family Medicine makes it possible to get all the primary care you and your family need in one convenient location close to where you live or work. If you are sick or injured, we will serve you with a same-day appointment or you can take advantage of our daily walk-in clinic. It is also easy to get the preventive care you need including physicals, vaccines and care to manage chronic diseases so you can stay as healthy as possible.

Our services include:

• Same-day and next-day sick visits
• Walk-in sick clinic 7 a.m. to 730 a.m. daily for established patients
• Newborn care
• Well-child checkups
• School and sports physicals
• Annual physicals
• Annual gynecologic exams, including Pap tests, pelvic exams and breast exams
• Help for gynecologic concerns including urinary tract infections (UTIs) and yeast infections
• Management for chronic conditions including attention deficit hyperactivity disorders (ADHD), Alzheimer’s disease, arthritis, depression, diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol, hypertension and osteoporosis
