Novant Health Randolph Family Medicine offers primary care for children and adults from our convenient office near Uptown Charlotte. We encourage our patients to see us for preventive care so you can get to know your provider while your provider can identify and address small problems before they become larger concerns. Should you or a loved one get sick, we’re here for you. Our comprehensive services make it easy for you to get diagnostic testing so any needed treatment can begin quickly.

• School, camp and sports physicals for adolescents

• Annual physicals
• Work physicals
• Sports medicine services, including help for joint, muscle and bone problems related to sports or overuse, and the treatment of many orthopedic problems not requiring surgery
• Management of chronic diseases including diabetes, hypertension (high blood pressure), high cholesterol, asthma and allergies
• Annual gynecologic exams including breast and pelvic exams, Pap tests, contraception counseling, help with period concerns, and menopause management
• Lab tests including blood draws, urinalysis and throat cultures
• Minor procedures including skin lesion removal, wart removal, sutures (stitches), splints, and treatment of minor sprains and strains
