Please allow at least three business days for any prescription refills, and contact us at least one week in advance for refills of controlled substances, as these prescriptions often need to be mailed to you, or you will need to pick up a hard copy in our office. When contacting us, please leave only one message a day, as more messages can cause additional delays in processing requests for you and other patients.
Any forms you need completed or letters written cannot be done during your first visit. Please allow at least seven days for our office to complete those requests. You might need to fill out a consent form or pay a small processing fee for forms and letters. Our clinic will contact you when your paperwork is ready.
If you need medical records released, you will need to complete a records release form, and a nominal fee could be charged. This could take 30 business days.
If you have an outstanding balance due to our clinic or to the Novant Health Centralized Billing Office, you might be required to pay that balance or reschedule your appointment. Direct any billing questions to our customer service contact center at 844-266-8268.
