Novant Health Primary Care Foxcroft offers comprehensive primary care services to patients age five and older. Preventive care services such as vaccines and annual physicals help you stay as healthy as possible, while same-day sick visits and on-site lab services ensure you can get diagnosis and treatment quickly should you get sick. 

Our primary care services include:

• Same-day and next-day sick visits
• Pediatric care for children five and older
• Adolescent care
• Annual physicals
• School, sports and employment physicals
• Women’s care including gynecologic exams, Pap tests, pelvic exams, breast exams and help with routine gynecologic problems
• Prescriptions for and information about contraception
• Immunizations and vaccinations
• Management of chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, asthma and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
• Lab services including blood draws, urinalysis, blood and urine pregnancy tests, and rapid strep and flu tests
