Appointments
If you would like to schedule a visit with us, please ask your child’s primary care provider for a referral to our clinic. You can also call us during business hours to make an appointment for your child. If you are a returning Novant Health patient, you can use MyChart’s online tool to schedule your visit.
If you will be visiting our clinic for the first time, please ask your child’s primary care provider to forward his or her medical records to our office. We also ask that you and your child arrive at least 15 minutes early, so you can fill out important paperwork.
What to bring
- The insurance card that covers your children
- A list of medications that your child takes, including dosages
- A form of payment that can cover the cost of this visit
- Your photo ID
