The providers at Novant Health Milestone Family Medicine care for children and adults of all ages. From care for your school-aged child to geriatric care for older adults and everything in between, we have you covered. We will work hard to keep your family as healthy as possible and to help you feel better soon should you become sick or injured. We aim to be the only primary care providers your family will need.

• Same-day and next-day sick visits
• Well-child checkups
• School, sports and camp physicals
• Childhood vaccinations/immunizations
• Annual physicals
• Management of chronic illnesses including diabetes, hypertension (high blood pressure) and high cholesterol
• Work physicals
• Pap tests
• Pelvic exams
• Birth control (contraception)
• Help with gynecologic concerns
• Menopause symptom management
• On-site lab tests including complete blood counts, blood and urine pregnancy tests, urinalysis and rapid strep tests
