Call our office during business hours or use your online MyChart account to schedule follow-up visits.

Before you make your first appointment with us, please ask your obstetrician for a referral. Once we receive it, we will call you to schedule your appointment. We ask that you arrive at least 20 minutes early for your first visit, so you will have time to fill out important forms.
