The providers at Novant Health Lakeside Primary Care – Brookdale are committed to offering all the preventive care you and your loved ones need, regardless of age or ailment.

We encourage childhood checkups and annual physicals for all of our patients. These give you a chance to get to know your provider, and your provider an opportunity to take care of small problems before they become larger issues. Should you have an acute or chronic illness, we offer treatment or management services. We also offer specialized services such as X-rays and skin biopsies, so you truly can get all the primary care you need in our office.

Our clinic is on Plaza Road Extension, just south of Rocky River Road. We are outside of Interstate 485 and are easily reached from exit 36. We are close to east Charlotte, Harrisburg, Newell, Rocky River and Hickory Grove.
