Our providers want to help you stay as healthy as possible and feel better quickly should you or your child become sick. • Same-day and next-day sick visits

• Immunizations and vaccinations, including the annual flu vaccine
• Annual physicals
• Management of chronic medical problems including hypertension (high blood pressure), diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, coronary disease, cholesterol disorders, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), weight problems and osteoporosis
• Employment physicals, DOT exams, fire department physicals and life insurance exams
• Gynecologic care including Pap tests, pelvic exams and breast exams
