We are committed to giving you easy access to vascular care when you need it most. Schedule your appointment by calling our office during business hours. Returning patients may also use MyChart to schedule a visit.
If you receive a bill dated prior to 3/9/26, please pay your balance through Coastal Vascular Institute - Pay now).
If you receive a bill dated on or after 3/9/26, please pay your balance through MyChart.
New Patients
We look forward to welcoming you on your first visit to Novant Health Heart & Vascular – Wilmington Annex B (Vascular Surgery). We recommend that you ask your primary care provider for a referral and check with your insurance to see if a referral is required for specialty services. Once we receive your referral information, our team will contact you to schedule your appointment.
What to bring
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for your first visit. Our staff will check you in when you arrive. Please have these items ready when you check in:
- Your photo ID
- Your insurance card
- Your method of copayment or payment in full if insurance will not cover your visit
- Any medications you are currently taking in their original containers
- Any forms that you need our office to complete
- Any forms you have completed ahead of time using the links below
