We are pleased that you have chosen to visit Novant Health Heart & Vascular Institute. Contact us during business hours to schedule an appointment. Same-day appointments are available on a limited basis if you receive care from one of our heart specialists and have an urgent medical need. Please call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Established patients may also use MyChart to schedule your appointments. New patients, please call us to schedule your first appointment and have your referral information ready.

What to bring

On the day of your visit, please arrive at least 15 minutes early and have these items ready when you check in:

  • Photo ID
  • Insurance and prescription cards
  • List of medications you are taking, including dosage and frequency of use
  • Copay or payments toward your deductible
