Appointments
Our goal is to serve you quickly in a welcoming environment. We offer a limited number of same-day appointments if you currently receive care from one of our heart specialists and have an urgent medical need. Call our office during business hours to schedule a visit. Please call at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Established patients may also use MyChart to schedule your appointments.
What to bring
Please arrive at least 20 minutes early for your first visit. Our office is on the first floor. Our team will check you in when you arrive. Please present these items at check in:
- Insurance and prescription cards, and photo ID
- List of your medications, including dosage and frequency of use
- Copay or payments toward your deductible
New patients
We look forward to welcoming you on your first visit to Novant Health Heart & Vascular Institute – Matthews. Please contact your primary care physician and ask for a referral before you call to schedule an appointment with one of our cardiologists.
