Appointments
We are committed to giving you easy access to cardiac care when you need it most. Ask about a same-day appointment if you regularly receive care from one of our heart specialists and find that you have an urgent medical need. Schedule your appointment by calling our office during business hours. Returning patients may also use MyChart to schedule a visit. Please call at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
What to bring
Please arrive at least 20 minutes early for your first visit. Our office is on the second floor, suite 201. Our staff will check you in when you arrive. Please have these items ready when you check in:
- Insurance, prescription cards, and a photo ID
- Medication bottles
- Copay or payments toward your deductible
New patients
We look forward to welcoming you on your first visit to Novant Health Heart & Vascular Institute - Huntersville. Please contact your primary care physician and request a referral, which is required by many insurers and our clinic policies.
