Novant Health Hallmark Care offers members comprehensive, personalized primary care in a concierge clinic. Your membership ensures you have consistent access to a team of providers who will always have time to answer your questions, address your concerns and deliver the care you need without delay.

Your annual fee provides access to the following services:

• Flexible appointment scheduling, including both in-person and virtual visits, even outside of office hours
• 24/7 phone access to your care team
• Comprehensive annual evaluations to review annual lab work, address any concerns, and discuss lifestyle strategies to improve health and well-being
• Mid-year and quarterly follow-ups to annual exams as needed
• Travel medical services, including prescription refills (to North Carolina and South Carolina pharmacies); vaccinations; and on-site rapid testing for Covid-19, flu, and strep
• Health care advocacy, including referrals to specialists, support during hospitalizations, and help with recovery after health concerns as needed
• On-site gym offering individual and couples fitness training
• Cosmetic services including BOTOX and dermal fillers
