Whether you are currently living with diabetes or are looking to prevent future blood sugar problems, Novant Health Diabetes & Nutrition – Shorefair is here for you. We offer educational programs and resources to help you prevent diabetes, including access to registered dietitians who can put together nutrition plans to keep you as healthy as possible. We also help patients with diabetes better manage their conditions.

Our providers help patients of all ages and with all types of diabetes. Whether you have been managing diabetes for years, have been recently diagnosed or are dealing with gestational diabetes during a pregnancy, we make it easier for you to be in control of your medical care and your overall health.

Just east of Shorefair Drive, our clinic is on 30th Street in northwest Winston-Salem. To reach us, take Highway 52 to Akron Drive or 25th Street, and head west from the exit. We are near Wake Forest University, the Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum and Winston-Salem State University.
