Appointments
Appointments are available for adults and children of all ages. Call during business hours to schedule a visit. You may also schedule your appointment online using MyChart. Please call at least 24 hours if you would like to cancel or reschedule.
What to bring
Please bring the following items and present them when you check in:
- A disc that holds copies of your most recent MRI or CT scans, if those tests were made
- outside of a Novant Health facility
- Copayment and payment toward your deductible
- Insurance card
- Photo ID
New patients
You can schedule an appointment without a referral from your primary care physician. Please bring your medications on the day of your visit. Also bring a history of past surgeries, if you have had any.
