Appointments
To schedule an appointment, call us during regular office hours or plan your visit online anytime through MyChart.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment so we can collect necessary information.
New patients
If your visit to our clinic is not covered by a health insurance plan, your first appointment will cost $150. That amount is due at the time of service. You will be billed for any cost above that amount.
What to bring
- Identification
- Insurance card
- Your method of copayment or payment.
- Any recent CT scan or MRI done outside of a Novant Health facility. You must bring the disk with you; the report is not sufficient.
