Our providers are dedicated to offering your family with a range of important services, including annual physicals, women’s health services and pediatric care. 

We offer services for children five years and older to grandparents. Our providers will work with you to help prevent illness or diagnose and treat a variety of conditions if you become sick. 

We also accept same-day and walk-in visits on Monday through Friday from 8am-4pm for patients five years and older who have simple sick conditions. These conditions include sinus infections, strep throat, flu-like symptoms and UTIs. 

Our clinic is located between the towns of Mint Hill and Matthews, just off Matthews-Mint Hill Road. We are close to the neighborhoods of Apple Creek, Wood Hollow and Sardis Forest.
