Dr.Lemaster listened and jumped right into action with getting my son the treatment that he needed. She was super knowledgeable with his symptoms and provided the treatment that was needed to get him better ASAP! She even made sure to let me know to email her the next day with a update on his condition as a mom of 2 that made me feel at ease. I’m thankful that I went to see her and her staff was equally amazing! Great team!

We adore Dr LeMaster and the staff at Waverly Pediatrics. Going to the dr can be scary for kids and she can calm my anxious son and me like no other doctor. Dr LeMaster is calm, patient, thorough, personal and kind.

I grew up watching my father care for children and decided at age 12 to follow in his footsteps and become a pediatrician.

Though we both take pride in treating children, he had a one-man practice for 40 years. That is something you rarely see these days. In contrast, my patients can rely not only on my expertise but also on the abundant resources of a major not-for-profit healthcare system. I have great concern and affection for children, and I am grateful that they are so resilient in times of sickness.

I have cared for patients at Novant Health for more than 20 years and was honored as one the top 2% of doctors two years in a row. I am a lead physician at Novant Health.

My approach to medicine is to form a team - the patient, the parent(s) and myself - that decides together on the outcome of each interaction or visit. I try to involve my young patients in decision-making as much as their age allows. I try to hear families' concerns without interrupting, and I make it a point to remember important aspects of their lives, such as sports or travel, so they know I see them as people, not just patients.

I work hard to keep my knowledge up to date and to stay on top of trends such as telemedicine. Most of all, I love coming to work to encounter beautiful children every day.

My husband and I have a teenager and a Weimaraner. I enjoy doing hot yoga with my daughter, working in the yard with my husband and walking the dog. Our family enjoys traveling, skiing and spending time at the beach.
