Dr. Fraser seemed more focused on the computer screen until I asked him to face me, to talk to me, the patient, instead of the computer. He graciously complied.

I’ve on oxygen and trouble walking. Radiology took me in so I didn’t have to walk to room and back. Dr Fraser is awesome. Ordered knee injection and was given promptly. Great experience.

Dr Fraser is very patient and listens closely to his patients. He takes his time to make sure you understand all aspects of the surgery.

With the exception of the one hour delay from the time of my appointment my experience was a positive one. Dr Fraser and his PA were courteous and answered my questions. Both were very personable.

Dr. Fraser is a wonderful doctor. He took time with me even though he was already running behind. He answered all my questions.

Since I have had 2 previous surgeries with this Dr. I have complete faith in another successful resolution of a replaced joint.

I was treated with the utmost respect and care that I have had since this problem has arisen. Everyone was well aware of my concerns and needs before I said anything. Dr. Fraser came in, having already previewing my x rays. He explained them to me and listened to my concerns and needs. He was confident in the way we needed to go for improvement and I felt such a relief with everything he explained we needed to do. The other staff members were excellent and my checkout for my hip replacement was already set with all the information I could possibly need. by the end of my visit. The young man (I don't remember his name), was very thorough in showing and explaining all the paperwork and events that will occur until my surgery. The professionalism and ease of flow from the beginning to the end was superior. Thank you!

Great visit

Everyone was great. The X-ray Tech was so gracious of the fact I had broken my femur and that this was my first visit outside of the house. She was so gentle. The nurse was the same as was the PA snd then Dr Frasier.

I felt it was just slightly rushed and I did come in saying I had an injury to my knee but wasn’t noted in my chart or after summary

Dr Fraser I'm sure is probably a good doctor, but he's not that friendly in my opinion. I am in the process of looking for myself another knee doctor. He seems like he rushes in and can't wait to leave the room. I felt that way from my very first appointment with him, but I was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt. Would I recommend Dr Fraser to any of my family and friends, no I would not. He needs to practice on his bedside manner. plus he didn't seem to care about his clients in my opinion.

So Dr. Fraser and his P.A. were of GREAT help and benefit for me. They listened to my problems, gave me very helpful advice and their recommended treatment, although a little painful, worked extremely well, and my knee pain and problems were eliminated within a day or so. I honestly find it quite amazing really, that I went from hardly being able to walk, and bend my knee, to almost a complete recovery. And so far, after a week, I'm thankfully, still doing well. I appreciated the EXCELLENT health care that was provided to me.

My experience this time around w/ this procedure has not been the best. My first hip replacement was with Dr Mason he was all around impeccable! Dr. Fraser on the other hand, has no bedside manner and everything seems rushed. His PA was more caring and thorough than he was. I am a Novant employee so I know what the expectations are when giving care to our patients. Dr Fraser has no personality and is very flat, I would honestly never recommend him and I am a person who always give the benefit of the doubt but every single interaction with him has been the same.

The PA John was very helpful and a very good listener. So was the gentleman that checked me in at the front desk! Both were very pleasant people.

I feel very comfortable asking for another appointment if/when I need one. The nurse (can’t remember her name), Dr. Fraser, & PA Nate listened so attentively to me & my concerns about my painful knee. Dr. Fraser told me to call him if I had any pain after 2 weeks after the injection. Nate was an amazing “injector “ as I felt no pain!! This NH practice has very personable front desk people as well as the professional nurse, physician, & PA who medically took care of me.

I thought the doctor would spend more time explaining my options; and the option I choose. It was very cut & dry, & routine for a 1st visit. Doc didn't make me feel like a person ~ just another patient. I drove an hour for this doctor & barely got 15 minutes. Did not meet my expectations.

I was here to get a second opinion. First of all, I was impressed that I was checked in and in a room within a very short time. Everything was explained by the nurse/PA and Dr. Fraser came in after a very short wait. He explained xrays and my reason for pain and discomfort in a way I understand. I left knowing that when I decide to have the procedure, I will definitely schedule with Dr. Fraser. Very good experience and glad I came for "second opinion".
