Paying your bill
Managing your bills after receiving
care can be overwhelming. It’s common to have several people
participating in your care. Afterwards, you may receive separate
invoices from each of those doctors.
We understand the added stress this can
cause and are here to help. We offer patient financial services to
help you understand your bill and make the payment process easier.
For more information about paying your
bill, call our billing center Monday through Friday between 8 a.m.
and 6 p.m. at toll-free 1-844-266-8268. You can also make your payments online.
Health insurance plans
In most cases, we will bill your
primary health insurance company directly. If we haven't heard from
your insurer after 30 to 45 days, we may ask for your help contacting
them. Amounts that are denied, rejected or unpaid may become your
responsibility, depending on your plan type and benefits. Learn
more about our accepted insurance plans.
In you have Medicare, we will bill it
first and then bill unpaid amounts to any supplemental insurance
policies you may have. All unpaid balances may become your
responsibility depending on your plan type and benefits.
Self-pay options and financial
assistance for the uninsured
For your convenience, we accept most
forms of payment including cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American
Express and Discover credit cards. All patients are eligible for an
individual payment plan based on the amount due and the patient's
financial status, with terms extending up to five years.
If you are uninsured with an income
over 300% of the federal poverty level, you are eligible for a
self-pay discount. Any patient with a balance over 20% of their
gross annual income is eligible for a catastrophic settlement.
