While most visitors should review 2027 enrollment options, some individuals may still qualify for an initial enrollment period with coverage through December 31, 2026. The 2026 Marketplace information remains available for your reference.
Important 2027 enrollment dates
- Nov. 1, 2026 Open enrollment begins
- Dec. 15, 2026 Enroll by Dec. 15 to have coverage effective Jan. 1, 2027
- Jan. 15, 2027 Open enrollment ends
- Feb. 1, 2027 Enroll between Dec. 16 and Jan. 15 for coverage to take effect Feb. 1, 2027
