Appointments
To make an appointment with a provider at Novant Health Cotton Grove Family Medicine, contact us during office hours. You can schedule online anytime using MyChart, or through open scheduling on our physician finder.
If you are sick or injured and would like to be seen quickly, please call our office and we will do our best to accommodate you with a same-day or next day appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, kindly call us at least 24 hours in advance.
New patients
Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes early for your first appointment so we can collect necessary information from you.
What to bring
- Identification
- Your insurance card, or the insurance card covering your child if your child is the patient
- Method of copayment or payment in full if your visit will not be covered by insurance
- Current medications, including over-the-counter medications
- Any forms that you have been given and need our clinic to complete
