Interpreter services

Our interpreter services help patients and their family members who have special communication needs. Foreign-language interpreters are available if you speak limited English. Free sign language and oral interpreters, text telephone devices (TTYs) and other services are available if you are deaf or hard-of-hearing. Please let us know during the admitting process or pre-registration if you need an interpreter.

Tobacco-free campus

Novant Health Clemmons Medical Center is a tobacco-free campus. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the grounds, including sidewalks, parking structures and inside vehicles parked or driving through campus. This is part of our ongoing effort to ensure a healthy environment for our patients, visitors and employees.
