Welcome to Novant Health's student programs

We are excited to welcome you in sharing our commitment to deliver the most remarkable patient experience, in every dimension, every time.

Student programs will serve as the initial contact as you begin your educational experience with any Novant Health, Inc. facilities.

Before you begin your educational rotation you will first need to talk with your Faculty member to insure that your university/school has an Institution "Letter of Agreement" on file with Novant Health, Inc.

Our legal department determined that we do not need to have legal contracts with schools for students to participate in education experiences in our facilities. We can continue to work with students and schools through a letter of agreement. Please have the school President, Provost, Chancellor, or appropriate designee sign the Letter of Agreement. Then return the Letter with a copy of your certificate of insurance to the address or email indicated at the bottom of the letter.

Out-of-state educational institutions

All students enrolled in an out-of-state educational program (North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia) must have their school provide proof of participation in the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA).
