As a Novant Health team member, you have access to a number of discounts on a wide range of products and services.

Through the YouDecide – Employee Advantage program you can save on everything from auto and home insurance to flat screen TVs and movie tickets. 

Novant Health also offers the team member discount program, which allows us to partner with both local and national businesses to provide discounts on services. 

Microsoft Office on your home computer

Novant Health team members can access discounted Microsoft 365 subscriptions for personal use.

  • Eligibility: You’ll need to enter your work email address to verify eligibility.
  • Discount: You can save 30% on Microsoft 365 Family or Microsoft 365 Personal annual subscriptions.
  • Subscription Benefits: These include premium Office apps, advanced security features, and increased cloud storage. AI features (like Copilot) are included, but only available to the subscription owner.

Steps to access:

  1. Go to the Microsoft Workplace Discount Program page.
  2. Enter your work email in the email address field.
  3. Select "Get Started" to check your eligibility.
  4. If you're eligible, you’ll receive a verification link.
  5. Sign in with your personal Microsoft account to redeem the discount.

Tuition reimbursement

After one year of service, Novant Health offers tuition reimbursement to reimburse you for courses in which you receive college credit that are related to your present role and which help prepare you for potential advancement within the system.

  • Full-time team members may receive up to $3,000 per calendar year with a maximum degree total based on the approved plan of study.
  • Part-time team members may receive up to $1,500 per calendar year with a maximum degree total based on the approved plan of study.

Caregiver support program

The Novant Health caregiver support program, Family First, connects you with accredited care experts who take a comprehensive approach to solving all the challenges that arise when you need to find facilities, in-home care, or resources for people in your care.

Adoption assistance

The Novant Health team member adoption assistance program provides up to $3,500 per child ($7,000 per year maximum) for adoption-related expenses.
