If you need physical, occupational, or speech therapy, our facilities combine advanced equipment with the latest therapies to speed your recovery. You’ll have access to certified and accredited therapists who specialize in pain management. Our teams are specifically trained to help you recover from disabilities associated with cancer, heart attack, stroke, brain injuries, speech, vision, hearing difficulties, and more. 

If you’re having surgery, our experienced staff can help put you on the road to recovery, often starting your therapy while you are in the hospital. You’ll receive care and treatment following orthopedic injuries or surgeries, amputations, and back injuries. We also offer specialty services such as hand therapy, ergonomic consulting, and sports conditioning to help you stay active and healthy. 

Getting back to work and your daily life

When simple daily tasks such as getting dressed or taking a bath are challenging, the occupational therapists at Novant Health can help you return to your everyday tasks and activities.  

Using adaptive equipment assessments, your occupational therapist will evaluate your abilities. Your follow-up training may include use of a variety of devices designed to increase independence in daily activities – including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
