Call the phone number on your prescription label and follow the prompts to refill through the automated system or speak with a team member. If you do not have the number on your prescription bottle, please login to MyChart to get that information. You can also request a refill in MyChart.
Have this information ready:
- Full name and date of birth
- Medication name or prescription number
Pay for your refills in just a few clicks through your MyChart account. If your Novant Health pharmacy is located in the Charlotte or Winston-Salem area, you also have easy and secure access to online bill payment and the option to save your payment methods for future use. If you prefer, you can also wait for your paper bill and follow the instructions on the bill to pay by mail.
