His professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail makes a real difference in my experience. I couldn't have asked for better care.

Dr. Collins saw me b/c my regular provider at same location was not in office that day but he and my reg. provider spoke about my case. He had gone over my records, recent visit, etc. he treated me with kindness, respect, and knowledge. I wasn’t surprised at this level of care at al b/c my regular provider has the same care, compassion, and respect. I am new to here and Novant but I have to say I’ve never encountered more patient courtesy and respect than with Novant Steelcroft Primary Care!
