Dr Lipscomb is hands down one of the most excellent providers I've ever received care from. He is knowledgeable, listens well and genuinely cares about the whole person he is treating. He also cultivates an atmosphere in his clinic where people want to come back because he embodies everything that you could want in a practitioner, leading patients to trust him throughout the ever-changing seasons of woman care.
