Dr. Lori's kind, professional, genuine and sincere care makes us feel like family. I can tell she read over the chart prior to coming in. Dr. Lori addresses all questions and concerns we have and thar makes us feel like we have been heard and she is/has taking great care of us! She is funny and sweet with the kids and that makes them feel at ease too.
