One of the problems that always occurs is the policy to do the labs the same day as the physical. Previously it was done a few prior to the physical. There is no way at that point for the doctor to go over any problems found with the lab work. Instead, I got a new medicine added and have no understanding why. I only found out about it by the pharmacist telling me about it. The pharmacist didn't really have an understanding the same as the doctor for adding it to my list. Yes, I can go to my chart and read. However, I am not a doctor, so I don't have a clear understanding. A follow up email stated the reason, but I need more clarity. I thought I might be asked about a previous visit and to see how things were going. That did not occur. Seemed to want me in and out. I was going to ask about current medication but realized it was a move me in and out situation.

Dr. Sobon is excellent and provides care for my needs to a great degree of care.

Dr. Sobon is definitely very knowledgeable. I just wish she had a little more sensitive 'bed side manner'!I definitely will come back to her, though
