I've been seeing Dr. Konopka for almost 20 years. I wouldn't have it any other way. He's been nothing but compassionate, knowledgeable, patient, accurate and I love his patient-centered approach.

Dr. Konopka is very good and I like him very much. But since Novant took over the experience has degraded considerably. Where he used to sit patiently and talk with me about how things are going, I now feel like he is rushing in and out to maximize the throughput of the office. Where as we used to discuss health issues and options for treatment, I now feel as if he is pressured to push as many vaccines and medications as possible.While I would highly recommend Dr. Konopka as a doctor in an independent medical practice, I would never recommend a Novant facility to anyone.
